FREE GROUND SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $30
Free Ground Shipping is only available for orders that will be delivered to U.S. addresses within the 50 states. Please allow 3-9 Business Days for delivery after your order has been shipped. We reserve the right to cancel Free Ground Shipping at any time.
To use, simply place $30 worth of items in your shopping cart and select the free shipping option during checkout.
Return to Sender
If a package is returned to us because of undeliverable address such as incorrect or incomplete address, we are not obligated to issue a refund or send replacement goods at our expense. If goods are returned to us back at our facility, a refund will be offered less the postal expense.
If a package is returned to sender because the carrier could not collect an adult signature and proof of ID, HighFi Vape reserves the right to deduct a $5 to $15.99 restocking fee from the refund of the order. Furthermore, HighFi Vape reserves the right to re-ship a replacement order only after the original package has been returned to us and processed and we are not obligated to re-send them at our expense.
State Regulations
Orders with prohibited items will be removed and cancelled from the order, subject to the entire order being cancelled and refunded while the rest of the package will be processed normally.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
We will make every effort to indicate availability on each of our products. However, in the event of the purchase of an unavailable item, we will notify the purchaser and they will have the option of waiting for the item to become available or cancelling all or part of the order.
